As our 1st semester starts to wind down, I want to make everyone aware of the exam schedule that will take place in January. Please note several items concerning exams:

 

1. If a student does not have an exam at the beginning of the day, he/she may arrive late with a note turned in at least one day in advance to the

2. If a student does not have an exam the last period of the day, he/she may leave early with a note turned in at least one day in advance to the attendance office.

3. If a student does not show up for an exam and a parent did not contact the attendance office, the child’s absence will be considered unauthorized and the 

    student will not be allowed to make up the exam.

4. All exams will be given at their assigned time. Any exams given at an earlier time or a later time must be pre-approved by the administration.

5. No phone calls will be accepted for late arrival or early release. All requests must be in writing and must be in the attendance office at least one day in

    advance. A student who arrives late or leaves early without having a note turned in at least one day in advance will be  considered Truant and receive

    consequences per the Code of Conduct.
